Ashtanga Yoga is a dynamic and energetic practice. Based on the first series of an ancient kind of yoga, popularised by K. Pattabhi Jois. By practicing Ashtanga we strengthen a healthy body. Through an internal cleaning process, we purify our nervous system and organs. This Ashtanga practice is accessible to all levels of experience. This are guided led classes.
There is the possibility of combining Ashtanga Yoga classes with Yin Yoga classes.
This combination gives our body the balance and exercise it really needs and therefore we recommend it.

Francisca Schouten has been practicing Yoga since 2004 and began teaching in 2014 in the Netherlands, having trained 200 RYT with several teacher trainings in the Netherlands and Belgium. In 2015 she began to teach at Budadharma.
